Our child id kits are easy to do and Ready to use. Preparing them causes no discomfort. Includes complete instructions. The Complete Child ID Kit contains 2 photo ID cards (each parent should carry one card per child), 2 Safe Shoe Labels, 1 medical release card, a complete fingerprinting kit which records dental information, medical information, and personal profile and identification information. Two practice sheets for children to practice making fingerprints and remembering important information in an emergency.
